| 1.1 | Carla nominated and accepted as Secretary. | |
| 1.2 | Derek nominated and accepted as President. | |
| 1.3 | Carla nominated and accepted as Public Officer. | |
| 1.4 | Troy nominated and accepted as Treasurer. | |
| 1.5 | Tracie nominated and accepted as Publicity Officer. | |
| 1.6 | Kathy nominated and accepted as Assistant Secretary. | |
| 1.7 | Jon and Debbie accepted as non-office bearing committee members. | |
| 2 | New Business Arising: | |
| 2.1 | All members elected to the executive committee must be 'public' with regard to their lifestyle choices. | |
| 2.2 | In future Minutes may use people's nicknames, but the association must have both their actual names, and nicknames used, stored within the organisation's paper work. | |
| 2.3 | Membership forms for the association should allow people to state if they are comfortable being known 'publicly' or not. | |
| 2.4 | Name of the organization shall be Consensual Lifestyles Association (S.A.) in line with the National groups already set up in other states. | |
| 2.5 | The Secretary shall set up a new email group for the association members to communicate via, and allow files for members to consider, to be posted to. | |
| 2.6 | The Secretary shall, once the new email list is set up, upload the model constitution and the NSW example constitution files for members to access and go over by the next meeting. | |
| 2.7 | The President shall, once the new email list is set up, upload the QLD example constitution and membership application once he has obtained the files. | |
| 2.8 | Further decisions will not be made until at the next meeting, to allow those who work and are unable to attend the current meeting, a chance to both join the new organization and have input into its setup.
