Minutes of Committee Meeting held on March 1st, 2002, at 6.40pm

| 1 | Outstanding memberships: Snow hand delivered letter to members in arrears. | ||
| 2 | Consensual: | ||
| 2.1 | Committee:There has been a couple of responses from the further notices on other lists and those who have replied were encouraged to come to tonight's committee meeting and join the local Association list. Response so far has been fairly apathetic. | ||
| 2.2 | Bid: Debbledee is being sent information about the bidding process by the Queensland Association Treasurer, which will hopefully arrive this week. | ||
| 2.3 | Possible venues: | ||
| 2.3.1 | Woodside Army Barracks is not available to the public. | ||
| 2.3.2 | Debbledee informed the committee that all the venues she received information for are too public.

| 3 | Meeting attendance: A letter was sent to one member warning them about attendance requirements and a general warning was also posted to the committee email list. A second warning will be posted to the email list along with an outline for the procedure required to resign from the committee should this be what absent members be wanting to do but not formalising

| 4 | Committee membership: With the loss of some members recently and the likely removal of those showing no interest in furthering the aims of the Association, it was suggested we advertise again for new members who hopefully have some enthusiasm.

| 5 | Website: Huntress asked for feedback on the new pages she had added to the website which consist of placing copies of the committee minutes online. This was done so that people can see the truth of what we have done, tried to do and how we have gone about it, so that people may be more encouraged to join. It is to help dispel rumours of 'clicks' and poor management that some people have tried to use to undermine the Association.

| 6 | BDSM video: Debbie managed to view a copy of the Melbourne made video while she was there recently and said it is a very good information video, especially for people new to the lifestyle. We will look at purchasing this for the Association library.

| 7 | Sexpo: Debbie mentioned she had seen an advertisement for Sexpo, being held here later in the year and thought it might be an idea for us to look at participating.
