Minutes of Committee Meeting held on June 25th, 2002 at 6pm

| 1 | Business Arising: | |||
| 1.1 | Outstanding memberships: Still some fees outstanding and membership renewals are now due. | |||
| 1.2 | Consensual: Placed on hold again until more interest from others. | |||
| 1.3 | Committee membership: Welcome to Henry and Alex, as new members to the committee. Snow has sent his intention to resign from the committee, as a result of work and other commitments making it hard for him to attend meetings.

| 1.4 | Website: Huntress is currently in negotiation with a web host for free space so that we can have a site without all the porn ads, this is difficult since most hosts do not allow 'adult content'. | |||
| 1.5 | BDSM video: Debbie will be helping sell these at the coming 'Hush Now' and should be able to purchase one for $60 for the Association library. | |||
| 1.6 | Sexpo: Huntress managed to organize a free stall for us at Sexpo, which went exceedingly well with great feedback. It would be great to get a stall at the Melbourne Sexpo in November as well, but we would be unlikely to get one for free again there, as they have no problem getting Exhibitors to fill the space. We need to look at raising funds for such things in the future so we can pay for a stand if need be. | |||

| 2.1 | Annual General Meeting: Has been announced for the last Friday in August, along with an outline of when nominations and motions must be submitted by. | |||
| 2.2 | Fundraising: Need to look into various ways to raise funds for the Association, suggestions include, raffles, donations, sponsorship and quiz nights. Alex has offered to work on a letterhead, while Debbledee will work on a draft letter for contributions from people and companies. | |||
