Minutes of Committee Meeting held on September 17th, 2003 at 7.10pm

Present: Huntress, Debbledee, Debbie, Wade, princess, Dragon.
Apologies: troy.
1	Previous minutes: Treasurer's report tabled at the Annual General Meeting should have listed total income as being $90 not $70.
2	General Business:
	2.1	Fundraising: Sold two complete "lucky envelopes" at the last munch raising $20. Huntress suggested a raffle of a flogger for the next one, as she had one she purchased for $40, which was shown to those present. Agreed this would be good at the next much and look into getting other items made cheaply or donated for future raffles. Possibly have a paddle for the next raffle if we can get someone to make one.
	2.2	Sexpo: Has been cancelled for next year here, hopefully it will return in 2005.
	2.3	Consentual: Queensland CLA seems to have gone quiet and nothing has been mentioned anywhere about a future Con event. Last news was that tenders would be put out again for Con 2004. Deebledee and Debbie will try to get in touch with CLA Queensland members and find out if CLA is still operating there and what is meant to be happening with Con.
	2.4	Workshops: Both Mark and Debbledee have offered their houses for future workshops. Princess stated that people would like workshops to be a hands on approach with assistance and not just a demonstration.
		2.4.1	Basics - Recently people have been asking about having a workshop to cover the basic aspects of bdsm again, and we will look at having the basics one at Mark's in late October.
		2.4.2	Flogging - One Huntress has been planing and putting together for a while, is 99% finished and ready to go, but look at having this one next year.
		2.4.3	Toy Making - Look at having this at Mark's in November, and promote it as a way to make gifts for Christmas.
