Minutes of Committee Meeting held on May 7th, 2004 at 7.05pm

| 2.1 | Library: | ||
| 2.1.1 | Fundraising: Last raffle raised $16, Roger is donating a pair of cuffs for the current one, and Debbie donated a cinema pass as well. Mark supplied a small flogger as a donation for the next raffle. | ||
| 2.1.2 | Books and videos: Further suggestions for additions from members: Bound for Pleasure video - costs $49 for video alone, $39 for music CD and $11 for postage, or Eagle Leather will deliver both for $90 (10% off). - Agreed to purchase video. KinkyCrafts: 99 Do It YourselfS/M Toys…- would cost $70 to $150 as it is now out of print. - Decided that book is too expensive for what it might provide. The Law Handbook - Costs $33 and provides a guide to local state laws and where to check for further information and updates. - Agreed to purchase. | ||
| 2.1.3 | Borrowing: Decided to amend the decision that only members may borrow from the library as that does not service the wider community as we originally intended to do. Members will still get to borrow items for free, while non-members need to pay a refundable 25% (of the book cost) deposit (to cover loss or damage to the items) and a gold coin donation. | ||
| 2.2 | Workshops: Currently everyone is rather busy, so look at running something later in the year, possibilities being - Toy making, Bondage/Ropework, Basics, Flogging, Law.

| 3.1 | Committee members: Wade submitted his resignation from the committee because of an inability to attend meetings, and two new members (Mark and Wayne) were officially welcomed onto the committee. | ||
| 3.2 | General Fundraising: Mark suggested we have private parties and public functions as further means to raise funds. Decided to discuss this at a new meeting in a weeks time.
