Minutes of Committee Meeting, 2nd July 2004, at 7.05pm

| 2.1.1 | Fundraising: Last raffle raised $30. Suggested we ask people what they would like as possible prizes for future raffles. | ||
| 2.1.2 | Books and videos: All agreed purchases have now been added to the library.
DVD's are currently being copied to video format for those members who do not have DVD, and videos are being copied to save the integrity of the original and allow for other formats not readily available for purchase, only one version of any item is to go out of the library at any time. New suggestions for purchases (all videos) were put forward from those detailed in correspondence with Eagle Leather: The Pain Game - Agreed to purchase. Our Friend the Volt - Agreed to purchase. Fisting 101 - Decided not to purchase as unfortunately only details anal fisting, and most of our members would wish to see at least both anal and vaginal, or just vaginal fisting.

| 2.2 | General Fundraising: Due to time constraints, it was decided to discuss ideas for a party fundraising event on the committee email list before the next meeting. Best private location so far seems to be Mark and Bruce's place, but this will have to wait for at least 6 weeks. Need to look at why people would want to pay to come, what can we offer in an event that they will pay for, as well as look at how or who to invite, and how many. Jethro is still currently at the Old Queen's Arms and will not be moving to the new location for at least another two weeks, so that is still out for the time being as a possible 'public' venue.

| 2.3 | Membership: Memberships are now due for renewal, and at the moment 3 people are financial for the new year. It was suggested we also have a concerted drive for new members and produce a membership card, as we now have a few businesses that are prepared to offer member discounts.

| 2.4 | AGM: Annual General meeting is set out as being the last Friday in August(27th) as per the constitution.
