| 1.4 | Workshops: | |||
| 1.4.1 | First workshop went well with a total of 31 people in attendance (24 paid), $40 went to The Control Room to cover their expenses and time, $54.60 went to Anandamide for the use of their facilities and $25 went to CLA for future projects. Feedback from the workshop has been very good with many looking forward to future presentations. | |||
| 1.4.2 | Rather than having the confusion of two groups (CLA and The Control Room) running workshops, Michael proposed that The Control Room take over the running and responsibility of workshops with our support. Motion carried with a vote of 3 to 2. Dragon will take our proposal to The Control Room and see if they agree. Current workshop by Amanda and Huntress still to go ahead.

| 2 | New Business: | |||
| 2.1 | Huntress showed the meeting current forms she has to fill out and lodge for the Association, which include the registration form and an application for stamp duty exemption. It was suggested we also find out about sales tax exemption. | |||
| 2.2 | Consensual: Snow enquired as to what the current situation is for holding Consensual and where it will be next. Currently there will not be one this year as Adelaide was the only contender for it and it was felt that the work would end up being left to only about 4 people which was considered too great a burden. Queensland has obtained the event for next year and thus the following year is the next possibility for us to look at holding it. Snow suggested we start looking into possible places to hire for the event etc and get costings. Huntress pointed out the main problem is getting the money to hold the event and felt this was the area we need to sort out first. | |||
| 2.3 | Library: Huntress put forward her idea to have a library as part of the resources we can offer people. It was suggested books may be able to be borrowed at no cost to members and for a small fee to non-members. So far Huntress has had offers from a couple of people willing to donate bdsm books for this idea, making it already viable. | |||
