Secretary's Report

for presentation at the Annual General Meeting to be held on the 30th of August 2002

Once again there have been a few changes of committee and office bearers, most notable being a change of President at the last AGM.

This past year we have run workshops at Feast (the Adelaide Gay and Lesbian Feastival) and managed to get a stand set up at Sexpo. Both activities went well and had very good feedback. Sexpo in particular helped many people feel they were not 'alone' and raised the awareness of quite a few local residents.

With the beginning of this new financial year the Association is looking very good and now simply needs good promotion to encourage new memberships, as well as remind others their support via renewed memberships is worthwhile.
